ABOUT THE UNITS: We are 1,000' to the beach !!The cottages are part of a spacious landscaped compound made up of six free standing buildings.
The layout provides the perfect setting for family reunions - providing total sleeping capacity for up to 12 in four separate cottages. Get together but still have your space.
May thru October rentals by the week or longer are available. Reduced pricing is available for stays of 2 weeks or longer. VISIT OUR WEB SITE LINK BELOW FOR COMPLETE PRICING INFORMATION. One unit is available to be rented FOR THE ENTIRE SUMMER.
Each unit has kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Cable TV is also provided (bring your additional electronics).
Units have heat that can be used to cut the chill spring and fall's cool days.
1000' walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, kids & grownup entertainment.
A Trolley comes by for additional beaches, Rte. 28 attractions and Hyannis. The units each have spacious yard areas gas & charcoal grills, picnic tables, outside furniture and yard games for your enjoyment.
Our pavilion and outside fire pit are ready for your outdoor gatherings. Enjoy outdoor dining, games and socializing while protected from the elements.

Our extended family just spent a week on the cape and rented all four cottages for the 12 of us. I could not have imagined a better place to stay. The photos do not do the property justice! The grounds are meticulously maintained, and there is plenty of sun and shade, whichever you want. The setup is absolutely perfect for extended families - the privacy of your own cottage but with a covered pavillion area that is perfect to congregate at. The location is a short 1000 foot walk to about a mile of Yarmouth beaches and very convenient to many restaurants and attractions. Finally, the proprieter, Bill, goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and has many great ideas of places to go and things to do.
I highly recommend McCormick's Cape Cod Cottages, especially if you want to vacation with friends or extended family members. We are already picking a week for next summer!
