This is a luxurious custom mountain home, newly built and furnished in 1995. It is 1 mile down hill from Solitude and 3.5 miles down hill from Brighton. Alta and Snowbird are a 35 minute drive . The home has three bedrooms and 2 full and two half baths. There is also a separate studio apartement with an additional bath room. The first floor consists of a mudroom, living room (with wood stove), dining room, family room (with wood stove) and chefs kitchen. There are mountain views and the slopes of Solitude can be seen from the house. The is a small office also on the first floor with access to a fax machine and an additional line for a computer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed adn in wall speakers for it's own music system. The master bath has a Japese soaking tub. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin beds with pop up trundels that can come out (can be made up as a king as well) and a small set of bunk beds for children. This room can sleep up to six people! The home offers a huge selection of music and books. This house will sleep more than 10 people, but we cap the amount of guests to 10.
