The effective date of cancellation is when written notification is received by us. If you cancel your booking or if the booking is canceled by us due to non payment we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost: More than 60 days before arrival: a $150 administration fee Less than 60 days before arrival: 100% of the rental fee.

These are truly special places. They sit right on the waters edge and have the most magnificent views looking over the turquoise water. Thet are very private. THey have all the amenities one would need for your visit. I have been back several times to these house and love being there
