Deposits
$350 refundable Security Deposit per home is required.30% of Total rent and tax due is required to hold the reservation.
Cancellation
Rent and deposit will be refunded pro rata upon re-renting unit for same dates and terms, less a $100 cancellation fee.
& Taxes
Additional fees include an out- cleaning fee which is $175.00 for Pililani, and $350 for MalapuaTax is 13.42%
