For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date no deposits will be refunded. For cancellations made 30 days to 8 days prior to arrival date, 50% will be refunded. All other 100% will be refunded Refunds will be issued within 30 days of notice of cancellation.
Lincoln City room tax of 8% and Oregon State room tax of 1% will be included in the price. If you do not want to clean yourself, there will be an additional charge for the cleaning fee: $ 75 for the entire house, or: if part of the house is rented the charge will be: $ 65 for the Upper Floors, $ 25 for the Lower Floor

What a view!!! My family has been staying here for over 15 years. Whenever we go to the coast we stay at this house....so close to the outlet mall and a simple walk to the waves. Even in foul weather, it's a great place to be!
