Streetside half of a duplex directly on Lanikai beach. Beach access directly across front lawn.

Ground floor: hall; one bedroom with twin beds; bath.Upper floor: large living room; one bedroom with queen bed; bath; separable alcove (folding screens) with hide-a-bed/sofabed for 2 extra persons; modern kitchen; large porch.

Ocean view from living room, upper bedroom and porch.

No smoking, no pets. Because part of the unit is on upper floor, only partially suitable for persons with disabilities or infants.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure, and, on demand, during stay.

Two outdoor parking stalls on property.

The beach (rated #1 in the US by several magazines) is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a long distance. The water is crystal clear salt water. There is good swimming conditions in warm water. Kayaks, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, diving and snorkling equipment can be rented in the neighborhood. The main view includes ocean, reef, beach, palm trees and mountains.

Nearest shopping and dining by foot 12-15 min, by car 3 min. Supermarket by car 6-7 min. Closest golf course by car 2 min.
