I accept personal checks, money orders, or credit cards (Visa & MasterCard via PayPal). A deposit of at least $200 is required at time of reservation with the balance due in full three weeks prior to arrival.

NOTE: Winter rental is available. Call for details. Deposits
A damage deposit of at least $200 per week is required. It will be returned upon vacating provided there is no damage and no additional cleaning is necessary.

Book early, as reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. I look forward to seeing you in Virginia Beach this summer.

Cancellation
Cancellations made within five days of making reservations will receive a full refund of the deposit. After that, I will try to re-book the week and if sucessful I will gladly refund your deposit in full, however this is not guaranteed. The deposit will be kept is the week is not re-booked however this very rarley occurs.

& Taxes
All charges are subject to applicable taxes (12.5% plus $1 per night).
