Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is located six miles east of the heart of Destin. There is nothing like it on the Panhandle. It has four championship golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a sports and spa clinic, biking trails throughout, many shops and restaurants, the Hilton Hotel, and much more. ...more). It is on the first floor at the pool. The closest unit to Elephant Walk in the resort, a great location. The heated pool is out the back door, just steps from the beach. You also have access to the Hilton's pools, jacuzzis, spa, restaurants, etc. This unit is perfect for a couple with two small children. I have repainted the entire unit in February of 2004.
Across the street overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay, there is a new community in Sandestin called Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous shops and restaurants, a fun place to go without leaving the resort. You can drive or take the boat ferry, which is free of charge.
This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, linens provided, and free local phone calls. The rates include the cleaning fee. It has a small bedroom that has a queen bed in it. In the family room is a king murphy bed that comes down off of the wall. It is very comfortable, and doesn't take up any floor space. The sofa is also a sleeper. Freshly painted in 2004, always being updated, and furniture that is not more than five years old. It is tiled throughout (no carpet).
I own a total of five units in Destin and have been renting them myself since I bought my first one 12 years ago. My rates can't be beat anywhere. Over half of my business is repeat or referral. I keep my rates low and my condos very nice so you will tell your friends and family and want to come back! No matter how long you stay... it is never enough!
