This is a popular place to read the morning paper and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in anticipation of breakfast.

There is an abundance of watchable wildlife in the area. Elk and Mule deer are frequent year-round visitors to Eagle Manor. Although most graze on the front lawn, there is the occasional thirsty elk drinking from a hummingbird feeder on the front porch. Hummingbirds are common from mid-May to early-September.
