Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a US$200.00 advance deposit per condominium/per week. Remaining Balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellation fee is 20% of the deposit up to 30 days prior to arrival, after which deposit is forfeit.
Rates quoted above are for 2 persons in a 1 bedroom Gulf Front Condo. Other rates are avaialble for:
4 adults - 2 bedroom condo. Maximum 6 persons6 adults - 3 bedroom condo. Maximum 8 persons
A departure fee is required with each reservation:1 BR / 1 BA: $802 BR / 2 BA: $953 BR / 2 BA: $1003 BR / 3 BA: $105
Additional persons: $10 per person per day or $60 per person per week. Children under 12 are free! Maximum occupancy restrictions apply.
Current tax rate is 11% and applies to all room rates and fees. Subject to change.
