Our 3 bedroom, three bath villa, 8137 Wendover Dunes, is in Palmetto Dunes and is just a short walk to the beach. It is a second row unit. Wendover Dunes is the newest townhouse development in Palmetto Dunes. Our unit is a very clean, spacious and beautiful townhouse with easy access to the ocean, or heated pool and hot tub. The villa features an open floor plans with a full kitchen ( eat in area for 3 ), large living and dining area. It also has private, indoor parking to protect you and your vehicle in all kinds of weather.
The villa has a full size washer and dryer and a separate dining area. The townhouse is equipped with all the modern conveniences including refrigerator with ice maker and cold water dispenser, microwave oven, conventional oven, blender, 4 TV's, including a 42 flat panel Hi Definition TV, a DVD player, wireless and broadband internet access and much more.
The villa has a full size washer and dryer and a separate dining area. The large living room has ample seating and a sleeper queen sofa. French doors from this room and from two of the bedrooms lead you to a large screened-in porch with plenty of seating for everyone.
The three bedrooms are all on the first floor. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and are nicely decorated. There are two master bedroom suits. Both have king beds, walk in closets and large bathrooms. Both master bathrooms contain Jacuzzi, jetted tubs, separate shower areas and separate toilet areas. Both master bedrooms have entrances directly onto the L shaped, screened in porch. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, with a separate, connected bathroom with a jetted shower / tub.
The screened in porch faces a wooded area and is a peaceful place to read, have a cup of coffee or glass of wine, and take in the island's beauty or gather as a family for group activities. At 1,933 sq ft 8137 Wendover Dunes can easily accommodate multi generation or multiple family vacations.

Perfect Villa met all our needs, close to the beach, quite/peaceful location and dog friendly. Was nice to vacation with all my small dogs, they loved the long walks and swimming in the ocean. Can't wait till next year.

The apartment is wonderful. Hilton Head offers golf, tennis, great bicycle and walking paths, 12 miles of beach, lively arts and a great food culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We just got back form staying in this beautiful Wendover Dunes Villa in Palmetto Dunes resort. The place is extremely spacious. The two master bedrooms are huge along with the bathrooms. We were able to put my son's pac-n-play in the walk in closet with plenty of room to spare.The decor and furniture are gorgeous. We especially liked the screened in porch. We found ourselves eating there every day. The place was extremely clean with very easy access to the beach and pool.(two minutes to pool, five to beach.) The owner was extremely cooperative and helpful. When a lamp in the third bedroom was found broken, he had someone from the rental company bring a new one over the next day. I would recommend this to villa to anyone. We had a wonderful time. I would recommend riding bikes in Palmetto Dunes. For restaurants, I would recommend Marley's, Salty Dog, Kingfisher, and Scott's Seafood . They were all delicious.

This is a fabulous condo! Convenient to the pool and beach
and beautifully decorated and spacious. We have been to
Hilton Head many times and this was our favorite place we
have stayed.
