This gorgeous condo in Breckenridge was completely gutted and remodeled in 2009. It is a short, easy walk to the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school at Peak 9. It is also only a block to the shops & restaurants on Main Street. There is no need to drive or take a shuttle as you can easily walk everywhere. Truly a great location! Our vacation rental in Breckenridge is located on the ground floor with NO STAIRS. It has a wood-burning fireplace, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, wood beams on the ceiling, dining table for 6 plus seating at the bar, wood & tile flooring, 2 parking spots...one is directly in front of the Breckenridge condo.
The Condo rental n Breckenridge also offers internet access, multiple TVs with modern flatscreen in the living area, three full bathrooms, and access to the clubhouse with an outdoor heated swimming pool and 2-indoor/2-outdoor hot tubs.

The Lift condo complex is approximately 250 yards from the Quicksilver chairlift & ski school at Peak 9. It is a block away from the Breckenridge Brewery and La Cima Mall which is located on Main Street. Main Street shopping is another popular attraction. The Lift is adjacent to Main Street Station which has numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. On your way to the chairlift watch the ice skaters on Maggies Pond. There are many activities in Breckenrige including the ice skating arena, amazing bicycle trail system, rec center with pool, climbing wall, full gym, racquet courts, etc., mining tours, local history museums, children's museum, theaters, nightlife, and welcome center.
