The spacious home has a sunroom/living area on the main floor, along with kitchen, master king bedroom & bath, 1/2 bath, dining room that seats 12, kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (3 queens) and 2 baths. Downstaris (lower level) features a large den, ping pong table, foosball, ping pong and air hockey tables, master king bedroom & bath, bathroom, and bedroom w/two single beds. Maximum occupancy is 12, no exceptions. No smoking, no pets, no exceptions. This is a family vacation home, not open to sororities, large groups, fraternities, etc.
