THE HOUSE: The house sleeps up to 10 people. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King size bed, TV, large master bath, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, double closet, and dresser and shelf space. There are two bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have queen size beds, . All bedrooms have large closets, dresser and shelf space. There is a laundry room with washing machine amd dryer. The family room in the BASEMENT has a queen size fold out couch. It includes a 32 screen TV, VCR, DVD, home theater surround sound, games,videos, and stereo. It is a great place to watch Sunday NFL games, the Super Bowl, or to send the kids to watch videos. The living room with cathedral ceiling has a gas log fire place and a fabulous view of peaks 7, 8, 9 & 10. The open floor plan flows into the dining room and kitchen. There is another television for viewing and full house stereo for mood music with your aprés skis glass of wine. The kitchen, with gas range, is fully equipped to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. It includes, electric griddle, wok, blender, dishwasher, ice maker, full size refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker, just to name a few items. Other amenities include: *Gas grill. *The Front deck has table and chairs to enjoy the mountain view. *Wireless access. *Printer *Free high speed (DSL) Internet access via Colorado.net *TELEPHONE ANSWERING MACHINE. *Private off street parking, and will hold up to 4 + vehicles. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking. The balance of two nights lodging is due within ten days. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival; sixty (60) days during the Holiday Season . Pet deposit required upon acceptance of pet. SECURITY DEPOSIT A credit card is required to cover any telephone charges, damage or excessive cleaning.
CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations made for 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund less a $50 handling fee. For cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; if the space is re-booked, the amount recovered is refunded, less a $50 handling fee. Holiday Season cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive a refund less a $50 handling fee.
