Ski/town shuttle is out the back door!! FIRST STOP IS THE GONDOLA. NEW HOT TUB AND 52' HD TV. ALL THIS WITH A FABULOUS HOME!! Master bedroom has a king bed. All other bedrooms have queen sized beds and are tastefully decorated with top of the line mattresses. The loft has 2 twins and is accessed by a circular stairway. This Breckenridge vacation home is IN the town of Breckenridge only 1 block off Main St. Close to shops and great restaurants. It is perfect for groups who like to sleep in and ski later or would like to take a day off to shop. This is one of the nicest in town Breckenridge homes for rent!! THE HOUSE: This Breckenridge vacation house sleeps up to 10 people. The Master Bedroom Suite has a queen size bed, TV, large master bath, separate shower and jacuzzi type tub, large closet. There are two bedrooms plus a loft and a full bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have queen size beds. The loft has two twins. All bedrooms have large closets. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The family room in the BASEMENT has a King size day bed . It includes a TV, VCR, DVD, games, videos, and stereo. It is a great place to watch Sunday NFL games, the Super Bowl, or to send the kids to watch videos. The living room with cathedral ceiling has a gas log fire place and a fabulous view of peaks 7, 8, 9 & 10. The open floor plan flows into the dining room and kitchen. There is another television for viewing in the kitchen with gas range, is fully equipped to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. It includes electric griddle, wok, blender, dishwasher, ice maker, full size refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker, just to name a few items. Other amenities include: *Gas grill in the back yard. *The Front deck has table and chairs to enjoy the mountain view. *Wireless access. *Printer *Free high speed (DSL) Internet access via Colorado.net *. *Private off street parking, and will hold up to 4 vehicles. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival; sixty (60) days during the Holiday Season . Pet deposit required upon acceptance of pet. SECURITY DEPOSIT A credit card is required to cover any telephone charges, damage or excessive cleaning.
Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations made for 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund less a $50 handling fee. For cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; if the space is re-booked, the amount recovered is refunded, less a $50 handling fee. Holiday Season cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive a refund less a $50 handling fee. For cancellations made 59 days or less, all monies are forfeited unless the space is re-booked; if the space is re-booked, the amount recovered is refunded, less a $50 handling fee
