The Cozumel units also boasts security system, cable TV, DSL, microwave, refrigerator, oven/cook top, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, utensils, linens/towels, central AC, B-I hairdryer, and Rental car parking. Cozumel diving packages are also available as well as a local villa management.

Reservations can be held on a temporary basis upon email or phone request pending receipt of 50% deposit funds. The remaining balances are due 30 days prior to arrival date on island.
Our rates are per night (not per person) 2 persons start at $75 per night; 3-4 person rates start at $115 per night. Example for full villa floorplan, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, full kitchen from $875 weekly w/ tax included. Floorplans are flexible to book just what you need and nothing more. Couples love the Master Suite Floorplan offering 1 bedroom (king or queen), 1 bath, full kitchen with living room suite from $95 per night, tax included
Villa & discounted dive packages start at $219 usd per diver for 3 nights villa with 2 days of boat diving! 4 person rates starting at $125 per night (not per person) 3 villas available, both ground floor, both poolside offering either kitchenette or full kitchen facilities. Penthouse deluxe villa with Panoramic views of Cozumel Skyline and Famous Colorful Sunsets, also with partial oceanview.
