Payment Methods Accepted

Credit Cards (Visa/MC/Amex/Discover), Mailed Checks, or Paypal.

Deposits

A 50% deposit of the rental amount only is required on all reservations at time of booking. Your full rental amount (including 10.675% sales tax) is due at least 30 days prior to arrival. Once your full payment has been received, we will send out a welcome package with full condo instructions and driving directions to our Breckenridge condo.

Cancellation & Return Policy

30+ Days Before Arrival: If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date, we will refund any monies paid (via check) minus a $75 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 30 days, we will attempt to re-rent your dates and refund any monies collected minus a $200 cancellation fee.

During our Holiday and Peak Ski seasons we have a 60-day cancellation policy. All payments are due and final by 60 days before your arrival date.

30 Days Or Less Before Arrival: All reservations are considered final 30 days prior to arrival (60 days prior on Holiday and Peak Ski). That said, we will certainly attempt to rebook your reservation: if we are able to do so, you will receive any monies we collect on the new rental minus a $75 rebooking fee. Outside of rebooking your nights, we will not be able to offer any refund.

Note: A reduction in the number of nights is also subject to the above cancellation policies. Please make any necessary changes 30 or more days before arrival (60 days for Holiday and Peak Ski). Thank you!

-- $70 cleaning fee on rentals of 3 nights or less

This "Chilly Pepper" ski condo was great...very convenient for my family...downhill skiing and nordic center all close by.
