Modern Chalets in a wooded setting just steps from Bear Mountain Ski Area and Country Club.
It is truly hard to believe all are available at your disposal and most within walking distance. Bear View Chalet has 2 two bedroom, 2 four bedroom and a six bedroom unit situated 50 feet above Club View Drive on a 1/3 wooded acre. For those lucky occupants there is an unobstructed indescribable mountain view. Each season brings its own splendor.
If you prefer, just kick back on your deck, and watch the birds and squirrels play in the forest. If you're a skier, you are sleeping across from one of the best ski areas in Southern California.
You can be one of the first skiers on the slopes, return to the chalet for a nap, go back to skiing, and be the last one to leave the slopes and never use an automobile. Your winter view of the ski slopes and snow covered mountains from your own warm cozy chalet is unforgettable. Enjoy large outdoor spa in wooded setting.

As a former employee, I was appalled upon seeing the condition of these condos and homes. The smell alone is enough to knock you out. Since he doesn't require his employees to use anything more than a little vinegar to clean everything, the toilets, the sinks, everything. The linens are so old they are falling apart and you can see through them. He , the owner Rich, then charges the tenants if there is a rip, which is enevitable. He pockets the money and doesn't replace the linen either. It's nearly impossible to get paid, as one of his employees. He tries to get out if paying for every minute. It's takes hours to go over a time sheet. I think it's time for this old timer to retire.
