Some properties offer indoor or outdoor pool. Two properties are dog friendly and one property allows smoking. Properties range from direct beachfront to bay front. All properties offer a virtual tour online showing views, amenities, and decor.

Each properties has a security deposit, amounts vary depending on property.



In order to book, we must receive an inital payment of one third of the rate, plus state and county tax (10.5%) and the $50 non-refundable processessing fee, within 7 days of making the inital reservation. If the inital deposit is not received by 5pm on the 7th day, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. We accept Visa and Mastercard, but checks are preferred except within 30 days prior to arrival. No company or personal checks will be accepted within 30 days of arrival. A Guest Agreement will be sent out upon receipt of the inital payment. Balance payments are due in full by 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation by the tenant, deposit is forfeited entirely unless property is re-rented. If property is re-rented, then 16% of the rate is forfeited, and the balance of the deposit is refunded. All cancellations must be in writing. The owner or his agent reserves the right to cancel any reservation prior to occupancy, and will in this event refund all monies received.



State sales tax of 6% and county room-and-board tax of 4.5%. Total taxes 10.5% of rental amount.
