Do not rent this condo! The landlord will not return your deposit like promised and will not answer your calls! The condo wasn't bad however the fans in the bedroom did not work, the tv did not work in the living room, and a few other blemishes. My friends and I rented this condo for the 4th of July week. I have to say that we haven't enjoyed ourselves sooo much in a long time. Renting from this owner was a great experience, and the condo was located in a GREAT location. We definitely plan on renting from him again next summer. During the day we spent most of our time in the beautiful and well taken care of pool. And at night we took a short walk to the boardwalk. We had a great time, and I wanted to make sure everyone knows that this condo gets an A+++++ rating from us!
