Our vacation home will be cleaned and stocked before your arrival and upon departure. Our master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bath. Our second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. We have two twin sized Aero Beds (if needed) for in the living room area. Full kitchen with all appliances, pots & pans, dishes, and utensils. We provide everything from hair dryers to beach chairs and coolers. Private secure parking. 42 x 26 ft. custom Italian tile swimming pool. On-site manager and beautifully maintained grounds. Coin operated washer & dryer. It's not just a rental, it's your home.

Seaside in St. Croix Oceanfront Condo Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
We accept personal checks, bank and cashier's checks, and traveler's checks. There is a $50 fee for all returned/bounced checks.
A 50% deposit is required to hold and confirm your reservation. The balance is due four weeks before your arrival date. There is a $200 Security/Damage/Key Deposit that is refundable (total/partial) upon verification that there have been no damages & the return of the keys.
There will be no refund unless a new booking can be secured for the same dates. A guest may re-book and apply money paid to a new date. The new date must be within 1 year of original scheduled arrival date. There will be no refunds for inclement weather including hurricanes.
There is a $40 per person cleaning fee.
Deposits
