This elegant mountain home featues arched entryways and windows. The upstairs living room has a big screen tv/vcr with cable. Large balconies provide views to the national forest.This beautiful home has dining room seating for large groups. The spacious living and dining areas are complete with a gas woodstove fireplace and state of the art kitchen.Downstairs three more bedrooms are joined by a second entertainment room. There are 5 queens, 3 twins, and a small pool table downstairs.Bedrooms have private forest views. Also included are covered decks, BBQ and full laundry facilities.Upstairs the master suite includes a private bath with two opposite showers falling into a circular whirlpool tub. King size bed and three twins. Outside in the back yard is a beautiful hot tub to relax in after a long day of skiing.Heavenly valley ski resort & stateline casinos are only 10 minutes away door-to-door.

The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you require. Just bring food! Marshall Trail Mountain elegance is directly adjacent to national forest lands. Right out the back yard you may hike, cross country ski, or play in the snow.The home has bedding for up to 14, including a king, 5 queens, 5 twins, including bunks, day bed and trundle, and a full sofa bed.The luxurious master suite has a large bath and walk-in closet. Our beds are comfortable and the bedding and pillows are new.

50% deposit is required to make a reservation. Final 50% due 14 days before arrival date.$150.00 pet deposit. Discounts are not applied to Dec, Christmas or New Year's Eve bookings. Price are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation
If cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the rental deposit is refundable. No refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days before reserved arrival time. For Christmas and New Year's, no refunds are given for cancellations made after December 1st.
& Taxes
10% local tax due + $230.00 flat rate cleaning fee + $200 refundable security deposit + $150.00 refundable pet deposit (if applicable)
