Tiffany Place condominium sits right on the beach and overlooks the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is on Holmes Beach. Beautiful white sandy beaches and breath taking views have been voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Our wide and serene beaches are perfect for those long walks, shell hunting and relaxing. We are located near Long Boat Key and Sarasota. 2 week minimum stay or longer only.

This recently remodeled and redecorated condominium is beautifuly decorated with comfort in mind. It has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king bed with TV and a guest bedroom with two twin beds and TV. One roll a way. There are 2 full baths one of which is a jacuzzi tub, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable dining room, family room with comfortable reclining leather furniture, 55 TV, DVR,DVD, Netflix (Free movies) and wireless internet.

The outdoor balcony is great for breakfast and the fantastic view of the beach, waves and dolphins. The balcony overlooks the gorgeous courtyard with lush palm trees and tropical plants, heated swimming pool and the wonderfully refreshing Gulf and beach.

Besides relaxing in comfortable accommodations, seeing beautiful views and gorgeous beaches, you'll enjoy the charm of the Island. The whole island is a bird sanctuary where you can see Blue Herons, Egrets, Wood Ibis, Pelicans, Terns, Parrots and Sand Pipers. You'll even see dolphins swim up and down for their daily feedings.

Our tropical weather brings our Northern and European friends down for months at a time in the winter, and the cool island breezes make the summer months just as relaxing.

Tiffany Place has a two week minimum contract. On occasion we will do a ten night stay.This is what gives Tiffany Place the luxury feeling and not like a hotel. We book up 8-12 months in advance, So reserve early. Deposits
25% of total rental and tax down and a $350 Security deposit due upon booking. $50.00 first time renter association fee. $85 cleaning.
The remainder is due 30 days before coming.
