If you are planning your first - or even a second - honeymoon then this very private Orlando house is perfect for a romantic getaway. The lovely Orlando vacation rental is best suited for a small family of six or two couples. The yard offers plenty of fenced in privacy and the pool (heat optional) enjoys the benefits of a screen enclosure. The two car garage protects your vehicle on those very warm Florida afternoons. A couch (queen sleeper) and love seat make this living room a very relaxing retreat after a long day at the amusement parks. A full dining room provides you with ample room should you decide on a nice sit down meal!
A full size working kitchen is located next to the dining room. It comes complete with every modern appliance including a full size refrigerator, cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher and a variety of small appliances. A breakfast nook for four is ideal for serving a light breakfast or mid-night snack. The kitchen is well equipped to handle up to six guests. Directly off of the kitchen is a fully furnished Florida Room. This room overlooks the brand new custom pool. What a lovely place to drink your morning coffee!
The Master Bedroom of this Orlando vacation home includes a queen size bed and has its own walk in closet and Master Bath. Bedroom two is equipped with two single beds and its own full size second bathroom. Total sleeping capacity of this home is to a maximum of six.
Lastly, we arrive at your private pool. Heating is optional for those cool winter nights. The pool itself is protected by a screen enclosure. The yard has plenty of play area for young children as it is totally fenced for security and privacy. The pool faces perfect west and therefore has sunshine all day. It is quite typical to be able to relax on the pool deck to the not too distant sounds of fireworks from the Disney Resort. This pool is an ideal retreat from the hectic pace of a vacation in Orlando. At night a leisurely stroll through this estate can be quite invigorating.
