WE ARE 20 TO 30 MINUTES TO SANIBEL AND CAPITAVIA TO THE NORTH AND 20 TO 30 MINUTES TO NAPLES TO THE SOUTH. DEPENDING ON THE TRAFFIC. WE ARE ACROSS THE DRAW BRIDGE TO LOVER'S KEY STATE PARK. WE ARE NEAR THE SPRING TRAINING HOME OF THE BOSTON RED SOX AND THE MINNESOTA TWINS. IT IS LOCATED BETWEEN THE CONDO AND THE AIRPORT.THERE IS A GOLF COURSE ON THE ISLAND. GROCERY, FISHING, A CASINO BOAT, MARINA, PARASAILING, BEACH WATER PARK , RESTAURANTS, AN ISLAND TROLLY,BANKS, LIBRARY,AND PLENTY OF SHELLING.
