Sanibel Surfside is a modern, well managed, updated small beachfront complex and our condo, #216, has a beach view from the living room and lanai. Accommodations are casually elegant with all the conveniences that you would want while vacationing on our lovely island. It is privately owned and rented by the owners. There are two, spacious bedrooms with a king and two twin beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room along with infant furniture. We provide beach chairs, towels and a large beach umbrella for your use. Access to the beach, pool, and tennis courts is direct and private. There are many extras to make this your home away from home.

The complex has elevators, heated pool and deck with chairs, tables and umbrellas, shuffleboard, and tennis. There are two gas barbeque grills near the pool area. Our condo has covered parking directly under the unit. We have a large selection of books, games and puzzles for your enjoyment. The full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Soap, detergent, paper products, and many extras are provided. Cleaning is included before your arrival and at departure.
