Deposits

50% down at the time of reservations with the balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation & Return Policy

If a cancellation is required, we make every endeavor to refund the full amount of the deposit 30 days + from the arrival date. For cancellations less than 30 days from the arrival date, we will refund the full amount of the deposit if we are able to re-book the canceled dates. If the canceled dates cannot be re-booked, we will apply the deposit toward a future booking at the renters request, or the deposit is forfeited by the renter.

Fees & Taxes

10% Cayman government tourism stay tax, additional.
Extra persons over 4: $10 per person per night. (Max. occupancy: 6 persons)
