Full size laundry room provides convenience. Two lounge chairs are provided for reading or napping on the lanai. Ceiling fans and a lake view are additional lanai amenities. Smoking is allowed on the lanai only. Outdoor Jennair, sink and small fridge complete the conveniences on the lanai.
Rolling beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided for ease when visiting the numerous nearby beaches. The unit is within easy walking distance of the pools, clubhouse, tennis and bocce courts. Smoking is to be enjoyed on the lanai only please.

We typically rent by the month in winter time. Weekly rentals will be considered from April - December. Rates vary dramatically depending on the time of year. Please Contact me. Monthly Rate for March 2009 is 3300.00 for 2 people, 3500.00 for party of 4.

Lovely unit with everything you could want in a rental. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. All the comforts of home away from home. The owner is local which made me feel more comfortable that if anything went wrong, it would be fixed quickly. The lazy river pool was great for kids and adults.
