Our home in Florida is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It is maintained by our superb management company and will be spotlessly clean for your arrival.
The Orlando home has a mixture of fitted carpet and cool tile throughout. There are two separate lounges with comfortable furniture, the main lounge is equipped with remote control colour television with access to cable channels and surround sound system, cd/dvd/video player included.
There is a fully fitted kitchen inc: microwave, full oven, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster etc.
There are two luxurious and comfortable double queen size master suites on either side of the home, a further spacious double queen size room with a palm theme, a twin children's room with character drawings on all walls and a hidden surprise and one further generously sized twin room. The layout and size of our home make it ideal for two families sharing.
There are books,toys and games provided for your entertainment together with the free use of a playstation2 games system/dvd player with games.There are televisions in all the bedrooms, in the children's room there is a television/video system with assorted children's video's.There is the free use of a stroller,crib and highchair,all linen and towels are provided.To the rear of the property is a fully screened sundeck, 31ft x 18ft pool with jacuzzi and a lanai with outside fan and access to the cabana bathroom. The screen mesh allows full sun penetration but keeps out unwanted flying and creepy crawly guests. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated in the cooler months and both have underwater lighting.There are ample sunloungers and an excellent al fresco dining are under the lanai.
There is a children' play area with 1 minute walk from the home and tennis, volleyball and basket ball courts,racquets and basketball provided for you use and a community pool within 2 minutes walk.
