Kitchen includes pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven, etc., new tank-less hot water heater (you'll never run out) new TV's in Living Room and Master Bedroom, new CD and DVD player in Living Room, new lighted ceiling fans. Full size washer and dryer.

walk to Convenience store, professional lawn care provided at no additional cost, and automatic sprinkler system for shrubs. Brand new swimming pool completed in April!Recently landscaped like a tropical paradise! Enjoy the harvest from our fruit trees!

Longboat Key is a quiet place. The first time I visited the island I fell in love with it because it was so quiet and peaceful. The pictures below are of our vacation home in Florida. I presently live in Colorado and my sister and her husband live next door to the house I own in Florida. Throughout the year when my family and I are not using our home I offer it to select visitors to enjoy....

Our family had a wonderful week at Long Boat Key Island! The beautifully renovated townhouse was the ideal vacation spot, with all of the comforts of home. Jim and Kay made sure the townhouse was equipped with everything needed to make our vacation a relaxing and memorable one. A great deal of planning went into every design detail. Our kids loved walking to the beach and fishing in the canal. I highly recommend this unit for its location, spaciousness, and beautiful decor - it is clearly an excellent value!
