$200 refundable damage/excessive cleaning deposit. Add $75 cleaning fee to any stay less than 4 days. 50% of rent due at least 90 days in advance. Final balance due 60 days in advance.
No cancellations/refunds 45 days from arrival date. Cancellations made 46-90 days in advance shall receive full refund if unit is rerented for same period of time. Otherwise there is only a 50% refund.
