The 1st floor includes a family room with a freestanding gas fireplace and a laundry room with a full size washer/dryer. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, an open living/dining area with a wood burning fireplace, a 3/4 bath, and french doors that access a balcony with mountain views. The 3rd floor includes one bedroom with 1-set of full bunk beds, another bedroom with 1-set of full bunk beds plus an adjoining balcony, and a master bedroom with 1-queen bed, its own private balcony, and 1-full bath. Just outside the main floor is a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not provided) and a private HOT TUB! This vacation property will sleep 6 to 10-persons. (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from $594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax. Deposits
RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

Cancellation
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, a $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee is charged, and the remaining balance is debited back to our Guest. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee applies.
