The villa has its own private 28' x 14' pool with extended deck from which to watch the sun setting. The pool lighting, furniture and lanai ensure evening enjoyment. Great home away from home. Very nice layout and quite area. TV's in every room and 3 bathrooms is a plus. David is one of the nicest person you could ever deal with. Close to Disney but not too close. Trust me, you will be glad you are away from the crowds. Lots of area stores and restaurants nearby and a clean and friendly neighborhood. Would highly recommend this Villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation.

I'm SO very late in posting this -- I stayed here with my family last June - I had to work, they got to vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves. Very comfortable villa. Clean, easy to access local area. Quite location a BIG plus for me!
