We are a quiet and family oriented complex with only 16 units. All of our units except this one (#201) have a nice ocean and pool view.
The spacious living area and king-size master bedroom of each of these beautiful Indian Rocks Beach Rentals is spanned by a private, furnished balcony. Accessible through two 9 foot sliding glass doors, each balcony overlooks it all - gulf, beach, pool, hot tub, picnic area, and covered gazebo with bathrooms - just steps away from the private beach. The view is breathtaking and the sunsets are spectacular.
Even with restaurants and shopping all around you within walking distance, Indian Rocks Beach is very peaceful and relaxing.

This place is beautiful. Two of the features that I really liked were the spiral staircase allowing access from the balcony to the pool and beach, and the fact that this unit is on the end allows for more natural light to the living room and dining room as there are windows on two sides. Very peaceful- I plan to come back every year!
