$100 security and $100 reservation deposits collected at time of reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

From date of booking to 90 days prior to arrival date: Full refund, less $100 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS ON DAY OF ARRIVAL. NO SHORTENED DAYS.
