From date of booking to 90 days prior to arrival date: Full refund, less $100 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS ON DAY OF ARRIVAL. NO SHORTENED DAYS.

& Taxes
Hawaii tax is 14.42% therafter.Cleaning fee is $85 for less than 14 night stays.For additional adult, add $10 per night. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. Children stay free with adults.
