$200 deposit required to reserve a week.
Deposit will be returned if condo is rented.
All tax is included in rates. All cleaning fees are included in rates with the exception of the periods of January 1, 2007 through April 7, 2007 and October 6, 2007 through December 31, 2007. There is an additional maid charge of $60.00 for this period.
