We will accept personal checks.
Reservations during Summer Seasons must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit and processing fee are due within 10 days from the date of booking. 50% of the total rental amount is due 90 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is canceled less than 90 days prior to arrival all pre-paid rent amounts will be forfeited unless the unit is re-booked for the entire stay.
Two nights rental. Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held as a damage deposit (A separate deposit is required for each week reserved.) Deposit will be returned within two weeks of rental.
