Our Newport Beach vacation apartment is located one block from bay and one block from ferry (5 minute ride) that takes you to the ocean, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, additional shopping and restaurants, and boating and fishing excursions Balboa Island has a wonderful boardwalk that surrounds the big and little island. Balboa Island is 2 miles from fine dining, shopping and movie theaters at Fashion Island and approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer, galleries and more fine dining and shopping along with wonderful beaches with tidepools.
