Balboa Island is 2 miles from fine dining, shopping and movie theaters at Fashion Island and approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer, galleries and more fine dining and shopping along with wonderful beaches with tidepools.
