Our Balboa Island Apartment Condo is ideally located and the Balboa Island vacation Condo is less than a block from the bay and ferry which takes you on a 5 minute ride to the peninsula where you can enjoy more restaurants and shops, the fun zone, Balboa Pier and ocean beach. Located on Agate street with the island's only children's climbing gym and basketball court. This condo is a 2-story with 3 bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill bathroom (includes shower and tub) and a private bathroom (includes shower) and 1 bedroom downstairs with a private bathroom (includes shower). Immaculate, bright and cheery. White tile downstairs, carpet in bedrooms, except one bedroom has tile. Has fireplace, washer/dryer, charcoal BBQ. Small side and front yards with a table and two chairs in front yard. Enclosed garage (one space).

Balboa Island is 2 miles from fine dining, shopping and movie theaters at Fashion Island and approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer, galleries and more fine dining and shopping along with wonderful beaches with tidepools.
