Bedroom #3: Has a Mickey Mouse Theme, 2 single beds with a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD player and cable.
Bedroom #4: Has 2 single beds with cable TV/VCR/DVD player.
Family Room overlooks pool area with direct access to pool/spa area. Cable TV/VCR/DVD player, a stereo with cassette/CD player and a large selection of DVD movies.
Dining Room features a table with 6 chairs.
Formal Living features a queen size sofa sleeper.
Kitchen is well equipped with a table, 4 chairs and 6 swivel chairs around kitchen counter.
The vacation villa has a 2 car garage with a full size clother washer/dryer and a gas barbeque grill.
Towels and Linens provided by property management company.
A wi-fi card is available for laptops at the management company office for free of charge. A deposit may be required by management company.

1. More than six (6) weeks prior to arrival: Deposit 2. 4 to 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of rental charge 3. Less than four (4) weeks prior to arrival: 100% of rental charge
