The house is located at the best place of the wonderfull Medina of Assilah. It has two levels terrace with views to the Atlantic Ocean, we have one bench at the upper terrace facing the ocean. It has two kitchens as any other traditional house, one for summer and one for winter, they have all kind of items for cooking and a brand new fridge. Two complete bathrooms with shower. All the rooms are white and blue as the rest of the house. The living room is enormous. It has been restored recently and it is really very beautiful and charming. The house is close to the main balcony of the city wall, it is called "Karikia".

Assilah is a fishing village sorrounded by 15th century Portuguese city walls. The Medina is very well preserved and the houses are white and blue all over the place. It is easy to park the car outside of the city walls, it is a very safe village and the people are very friendly. The village is famous for its fish and we can provide you a maid to cook you the traditional speciallities and to give you some tips about the moroccan culture and traditions.

August cultural festival. Musicians and artist world wide meet in Assilah during this month. It has a nice fishing harbour where you can rent a boat to go fishing. The Thursday market is the most important market of the week, it is interesting to see people coming from different villages to buy and sell all kind of goods, dressed with their traditional custom. Assilah is 20 km away from the Tangierīs airport and 40 km from the city of Tangiers. The landscape inland is also very interesting and only few miles outside of the village you have green hills. The beaches are sandy and very clean, Moroccans from Assilah like to go to the beach to sunbath, swim and to make appointments with friends.
