All bookings are conducted over the phone. Thanks!) * All units are beachfront and have great views of the Gulf! * Prices above do not apply for holiday weeks (Christmas/New Years, Spring Break, Easter, July 4, etc.) Please call for quotes on those weeks, as well as other weeks not listed. * All rentals are weekly. During peak season, check-in is after 3 p.m. Saturday and check out by 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. I have been renting from Chuck for 11 years and have been extremely pleased with the Kima Condo's! The units are always well maintained, and Chuck makes it so easy for the renters. You can not beat the whole experience. Also his pricing is much cheaper than the other condos on Madeira Beach. Try renting at Kima once, and you will come back again!!!

We have been staying at KIMA for about 4 years usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have been so happy with being there. Chuck and Karen are great and the condos are excellent. Do not hesitate to try KIMA out. You will go back again......

Greg and I and stayed a week by ourselves and than Greg;s Friends joined us for the second week. Charles was so good to us, our washer and dryer was shot when we arrived, he replaced it with new! It was a very clean, lovely , fabulous condo. We had the best time ever since going to Florida! Charles is a extremely nice gentleman and was really good to us. We LOVED everything about this place, the view, the pool, the balcony, it was very private! We meant other guests who were having a great time also and were just as happy as we were! We are so hoping to get to stay again this december!

Our family had a terrific time this year in March Break. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was wonderful and it was a nice friendly place. Thank you to Charles for being so helpful when we were booking our condo. Will definitely like to go back to the Kima again.

The location was great, the condo was comfortable, and the atmosphere was laid back and family friendly. Our favorite features were the washer / dryer, the pool, and the balcony! The Lunsfords were easy to deal with and quite helpful.
