Greg and I and stayed a week by ourselves and than Greg;s Friends joined us for the second week. Charles was so good to us, our washer and dryer was shot when we arrived, he replaced it with new! It was a very clean, lovely , fabulous condo. We had the best time ever since going to Florida! Charles is a extremely nice gentleman and was really good to us. We LOVED everything about this place, the view, the pool, the balcony, it was very private! We meant other guests who were having a great time also and were just as happy as we were! We are so hoping to get to stay again this december!

Our family had a terrific time this year in March Break. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was wonderful and it was a nice friendly place. Thank you to Charles for being so helpful when we were booking our condo. Will definitely like to go back to the Kima again.

I have been coming to Madiera Beach for 20 years, staying in numerous condos all along the beach. I will never go anywhere else again. Dealing with Charles was easy and the condo was spotless.

The location was great, the condo was comfortable, and the atmosphere was laid back and family friendly. Our favorite features were the washer / dryer, the pool, and the balcony! The Lunsfords were easy to deal with and quite helpful.

This is a great family friendly condo with a wonderful price. We had a great time hanging out at the beach and going to Johns Pass, only a mile away. One day we took the kids to Disney for the day - perfect. Thanks, Chuck! We'll be back next year....

a very nice small condo unit directly on a wonderful walking beach. Shuttle in front will take all the way to clearwater then back down to sand key. Units are wonderful and with an even better price. St Johns Pass is great and can either take the trolly or walk there. It was a great vacation.

Great property and location. This is a safe clean family location with several places to eat and activiites to do. Stayed last spring break with my family and would definatley go back.
