This Gulf Shores vacation rental sits about 275 feet from the waters edge. We are right next to the Beach Club and you are allowed to use our membership for a small daily fee (paid to the Beach Club). The Gulf Shores vacation home features indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, spa, tennis courts, deli, restaurant etc. right next door. You have all of the accommodations of a five star resort and the privacy of your own home.

Dolphin Dunes Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Personal Checks
To rent and hold the house, we require 30% of the rental rate for the length of your stay. We require that the remaining 70% balance be paid in full 60 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of booking then we require that the full rental rate be paid at time of booking.
If notice to cancel is given at least 60 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded for a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than 60 days, 50% of the full payment will be refunded. If cancellation is less than 30 days, it will result in forfeiture of the initial reservation payment and rent.***NO REFUNDS are issued for cancellations or early departure due to bad weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range.
There will be an 11% lodging tax added to the total, as well as a $300.00 refundable damage deposit. If all is well on your departure please allow us 30 days to return your deposit.
