Rented Feb. and March 2013. Unit dirty upon arrival, No private patio as stated deck wraps around entire complex, Master bed sags to the middle so when you lay in it you roll to center uncomfortable. Bed skirt torn, cover to small for bed. Kitchen stove old and rusty, refer door panels broken and missing. Had to scrub and reseal grout to get rid of the urine smell in bathroom. furniture dirty pantry door greasy and sticky needs scrubbing. no beach toys as stated, patio chairs plastic and broken unsafe to sit on had to buy our ow . View is beautiful only good thing about the unit. I cleaned all the grout and resealed it fixed refer door bracket so we could use it and the owner still kept my security deposit. Left place much better than we found it he claimed we didn't. one chair in living room broken. would not and could not recommend this place to anyone.

We have stayed there in 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2008. It is one of the best values in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We will definitely be back. It is great for kids.

Our 3rd stay at Sunchase. The Pattens are wonderful folks & the place is perfect for small family or girl's get away. Looking forward to many more trips.

We are going down for our second visit this year. We really enjoyed our stay last year. Ate breakfast every morning on the porch while watching the dolphins. Could see the ocean while sitting in the living room! And just steps from the beach. Wonderful!

Great location. Nicely appointed. Extremely confortable. Kitchen well stocked with implements and appliances. TVs in both bedrooms & living area. Soundproofed. Perfect for my husband & I.

Had great fun. The location is good and the condo was adequate. Overall a very good value and owners were very friendly. Will definitely come here again.
