Deposits

Rates are for a party of two. Ask for rates for more than two. Reservations require a deposit of 1/2 or 5 nights, whichever is less, within 10 days to secure reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Return Policy

The deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. Between 60 and 30 days, 1/2 of payments are forfeited. If less than 30 days all payments are forfeited unless another reservation fills the canceled dates.
