The Maui complex has four tennis courts, full pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, gas grills, outdoor kitchen cabana, shuffle board and putting green, all on the premises. Large green belt area is ideal for playing catch, tag or kite flying on a breezy Maui afternoon. Our Maui beach has a nice sandy area for long sunset walks. The water is shallow for a good ways out and is ideal for a quick morning swim, launching a canoe or hoisting your colorful windsurf sail. Located nearby are some of the most beautiful Hawaiian coral reefs, white and black sand beaches and marine preserves you've ever seen.

The Luana Kai Complex is a small 4 building development located on the beach in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. The buildings themselves are only 3 stories high. The complex is lushly landscaped with tropical flowers, green foliage, plants and statuesque palm trees. Enjoy your days playing shuffleboard, improving your patience at the putting green, or mastering your serve on one of the four tennis courts. A large green grass area between the buildings and the beach is the perfect place to play tag, catch, or fly a kite.The fresh water pool is great for swimming laps or frolicking with the kids. Lazy afternoons invite sunbathing and reading in one of the many chaise lounges around the pool. The bubbling jacuzzi is a great place to relax in the evenings. There are six gas grills in the pool area, plus a stove, refrigerator, and sink, so you can picnic or dinner right there. I you've stressed your muscles windsurfing or surfing, you can escape one of the sauna rooms and let your troubles drift away in the steam! Last but not least, you can take a long romantic walk on the quiet 4 mile long walking beach, and listen to the gentle waves lap the shoreline. The beach at Luana Kai is less populated than most, allowing for private and relaxing times. One of the most treasured times we share is holding hands at the shore, watching the cascade of colors as the day turns to night.

Deposit: 3 nights cash deposit required on all daily and two week stays. Monthly rentals require 7 nights deposit. Full payment is due within 45 days of your arrival date. Hawaiian State sales/ hotel tax is 11.42%. Money orders or checks drawn on U.S. funds. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per unit. For less than 4 nights, we charge a nominal $65 cleaning fee (rental rates subject to change without notice) Balance for December/ January bookings is due 60 days prior to arrival! Check in and Check out: Check in time is after 3 pm, and check out time is 11 am. If you are leaving on a late flight, we provide a late check-out service for $75. So, if you just have to have one last day on the beach, you can extend your stay until 9pm that same day Monthly rentals require a $100 cleaning fee per month! Damage or Missing Items: Since our units are private residences, we try to provide you, our guests, special, personal items such as VCR movies, CD player, beach towel, etc., To ensure those items are available for future guests, a full inventory is taken by our cleaning service before and after your arrival. Should there be anything broken or missing, you will be charged full replacement costs. We realize accidents happen , so if something should break through normal usage, by accident, or be lost, please call Bill Aronson at #808-879-6666. He will determine how to remedy the situation.
