This unit is on the second floor on the north west corner. It is all remodeled, with tile through out , new kitchen and all new furniture. There is a balcony off the living room overlooking the beach and a window from every room with a view as well. . There is a picnic/lounge area in the back of the building, right on the sand and by the water. The view is probably the best feature of this condo, it is beautiful.
