The Alecassandra Vacation Villas are a small 5 villa resort accommodation on Anna Maria Island and is individually owned by Nick and Vicki Zec. Our villas are an ideal choice for family reunions, wedding groups and friends traveling together. Our resort is named after our children Alec & Cassandra and we are family friendly. Snowbirds are welcome in January and February to get out of the cold and families traveling for spring break our welcome in March!
Our villas are reasonably priced, considered one of the best values on the island and we are just across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico Beaches. We have a swimming pool for guest use that is fenced by a 6' privacy fence.

All five of our villas are furnished with all the amenities of home. Each villa has a private undercover one car garrage and there is a coin operated laurndry facility on site. We have a private fenced swimming pool exclusively for the guests of the Alecassandra Vacation Villas. The beach is right across the street from our villas, a walk less than 300 feet.
Villas #4 and #5 overlook the swimming pool and have a jacuzzi tub uniquely placed in the master bed/bathroom. Both Villa #4 and #5 have balconies that overlook the pool and have an across the street view of the Gulf Of Mexico. Check availability on our personal website. Linked below.
Villa #5 is the only villa that has 10' ceilings and has access to our 4th floor, rooftop balcony for a beautiful sunset and a panoramic view of the island.
Villas #1, 2 & 3 have balconies on the West side of the villas (Bayside) and can see the Gulf from the bedroom windows only. Our villas are similiar to Bradenton Beach condos.

We stayed in Villa #4 for a week last fall and it was the most beautiful, most comfortable vacation we have ever had. We will be calling Alecassandra again the next time we are on Anna Maria Island!
